ACTIVATION MANAGER
About Us: Gate 11 Distillery is an award-winning craft distillery located within the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo complex. We are passionate in our pursuit of spirits perfection using a combination of high quality ingredients and hand-built distillation processes to create an unique array of delicious distilled spirits.
Position Overview: The Activation Manager will activate Gate 11 market presence within existing and new distribution territories in support of the company’s distribution initiative. You will participate as a key member of the Marketing Team and will demonstrate success by productively influencing accounts, distribution reps and retail customers in growing our distribution volumes.
What You Will Do:
Cultivate relationships with On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts to drive increasing case depletions, menu placements and other activations
Develop relationships with our distributor representatives to strengthen market interactions and leverage their assistance in activations
Maintain and expand the Gate 11 CRM and data-oriented Market Reporting Systems
Expand our network of Contract Reps for Off-Premise tastings and events
Assist the Marketing Team in expanding distribution into New Territories
Serve as a Product Expert for customer and distributor training, special events and distillery tours
Assist the Marketing Team in its digital, print, public relations, asset development and other promotional efforts

Full-Time Salary $45,000-$55,000 base plus commission up to 20 -30%+
