AN ABSINTHE RELEASE EVENING
Step into the shadowed elegance of La Belle Époque as Gate 11 Distillery, in partnership with The Table, unveils Infâme Absinthe Verte at the storied Chattanooga Choo Choo on March 5, 2026.
This intimate evening invites guests to explore the history, ritual, and revival of absinthe—a spirit once feared, banned, and mythologized. Guided by Gate 11’s distillers, guests will experience behind-the-scenes insight into the meticulous processes used to resurrect this iconic spirit in Chattanooga, from whole-botanical distillation to traditional technique.
The evening unfolds with guided cocktail demonstrations featuring Infâme Blanche, followed by the ceremonial Louche Ritual, where water, sugar, and time transform Infâme Verte into its signature opalescent haze.
